TMS Talent Celebrating 25 Year Anniversary at Conference in Bangkok

The entire global team from TMS Talent’s offices came together in Bangkok from 7-10 March to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the company.

“TMS Talent is delighted to be celebrating our 25th year in business” said John Terry TMS Talent Group Managing Director. “It is a significant achievement for any business and a milestone that we are all immensely proud of.”

Established in 1994, TMS Talent has grown rapidly over the last five years, under the leadership of John Terry (Group MD) and backed by investor Steve Hamblin who was also in attendance at the event, evolving to be a truly global business with six offices across the globe - AucklandBangkokBrisbane, LondonMelbourne and Sydney. TMS Talent specialises in delivering tailored recruitment solutions for professionals in the travel and hospitality sectors and prides itself on the industry knowledge and expertise of its team and its exceptional quality service.

What better way to do this than to travel with each other and share some unique experiences, like tuk-tuk riding in bustling Bangkok, visits to the iconic Wat Pho - The Temple of the Reclining Buddha and Wat Saket – The Temple of the Golden Mount. The Bangkok team shared their local dining favourites with the group who were treated to some terrific Thai food and views of the skyline from the rooftop of the Siam@Siam Design Hotel!

TMS Talent’s conference agenda in 2019 focused on the vision for the future, global company values, as well as learning and career development programs for its staff.

A large part of the agenda for this year’s conference was professional development and sessions were spent focusing on candidate and client care, as well as personalised learning and development plans for TMS Talent staff. This included a session hosted by esteemed recruitment trainer Mike Walmsley.
