Administration and Customer Care Consultant

£20,000 depending on experience

Hertfordshire

My client is a leading cruise travel company based in Hertfordhsire.

Due to expansion, they are now looking for an Administration and Customer Care Consultant to join their team.

Candidates must ideally have a background within the travel industry or previous customer service experience with a keen interest in the travel industry.

Administration and Customer Care Consultant Duties include

Providing support to our managers and employees assisting in the processing of holiday bookings and producing customer documents, dealing with customer enquiries both on the telephone and via email. Data entry via an internal accounts system and liaising with accounts payable to ensure invoices are paid.

Administration and Customer Care Consultant Experience Required

Previous travel industry experience but not essential, good customer service skills is essential

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A strong telephone manner

An ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment, working as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook

Base Salary to £20,000 depending on experience
