Our client, a well-established and successful Travel Management Company based close to the City, is seeking an Online Support Co-ordinator to support clients and colleagues with their own Online Booking Tool. You may be working as a Business Travel Consultant and want to develop your career towards IT within the industry.

Online Support Co-ordinator Respsonsibilities:

  • Provide first level support, pre- and post-sales, to all clients using the online booking tool 
  • Active involvement in the implementation and on-boarding for new clients, including on-site training for clients
  • Communicate system changes and upgrades to clients 
  • Maintain accurate training and support manuals for clients
  • Provide system training support to sales consultants
  • Monitor, analyse and report on customer feedback to drive improvements 

Online Support Co-ordinator Skills:

  • Good understanding of Business Travel
  • Working knowledge of at least one GDS (Amadeus preferred)
  • Experience of an Online Booking Tool advantageous
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time-management skills
