TMS Talent is working with a 5 Star hotel in Central London who are looking for a Chef de Partie for to join their talented kitchen team. The hotel is in a vibrant part of Central London and the hotel is a hub of the community, encompassing several Food and Beverage outlets and M&E functions, including weddings.
The primary restaurant in the hotel serves modern European cuisine.
Chef de Partie- Responsibilities:
To be able to work on different sections as required
To be responsible for elements of training for less senior kitchen staff
To uphold the highest standards regarding hygiene and food safety
Chef de Partie-Skills/Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
The ability to work evenings and weekends as required
A commitment to career progression- CV shows longevity in job roles
Previous experience working in kitchens of 4/5* hotels or similar high-end restaurants
