TMS Talent are working with a leading Cruise company who is seeking driven Cruise Sales Consultants to join their sales team. The role will involve dealing with customer enquiries around Cruise products and selling the appropriate packages and ancillary products. This position would require consultants to work 40 hours per week on a 5 day week shift pattern. Some weekend work is required.
Minimally two years of experience in a travel based role (preferable a Sales position)
Strong customer service skills- evidence of having worked in a customer facing role
Motivated by Sales- must be confident in being able to meet/exceed targets
A positive ‘can-do attitude’ and ability to work well with others
Computer literacy is a must- ie competent use of Microsoft Office programmes
Basic salary of £20,000 per annum (+ attractive commission scheme)
28 days holiday per annum
