Luxury Cruise / Customer Service Assistant / Administration 


Brand new opportunity for a Customer Support Assistant to become part of a friendly working environment in the Luxury Cruise Space.  You'll look to have a great passion for travel and / or cruise and must be able to build strong rapport with customers and clients alike. 

Role: Customer Service Assistant

Salary: £20k-£24k

Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00).


The duties will include:

·        Accurately recording customer enquires and enteriing data into the CRM

·        Ticketing, processing payments as well as invoicing and billing.

·        Handling of customer enquires and re-directing queries to the right department

·        Dealing with inbound and outbound customers calls


Ideal requirements for this role: 

  • The successful applicant will look to have excellent telephone manner.,
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with a good level of numeracy, excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong customer service, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Competent use of office IT products including MS word, MS excel and MS outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
