Base salary to £50,000 + Benefits
My client is a leading travel company is seeking a Financial Controller to join the team.
The company is owned by a private equity group and despite current travel market conditions, they are making bookings for new holidays for both later this year and for 2021.
They are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to predominately provide strong financial controls across the company as well as provide regular management accounts and produce financial reporting required by the business for regulator or banking partners.

Financial Controller Duties and Responsibilities:
To produce daily and weekly management information providing advice and recommendations to the company directors and board
To produce monthly management accounts including profit and loss accounts, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
To produce annual statutory accounts and work with the Auditor
To provide monthly forecasts to the board
Financial Controller Experience Required
Previous experience in a similar role, travel background is advantage but not essential
Professional qualifications either CIMA/ACCA
Proficiency in using accounting software packages
Ability to be hands on and proactive are key personality traits

Base salary to £50,000 depending on experience
