Front of House Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

One of our clients, a small luxury boutique hotel chain is looking for a Front of House Manager for one of their London based hotels. The hotel thrives on an ethos of good, old-fashioned hospitality coupled with a progressive approach to the guest experience. They are seeking a talented Front of House Manager to work at their hotel located in Central London. The hotel prides itself in being a welcoming environment, where staff development and mutual respect are key! Happy staff leads to happy guests.


To ensure that the Front of House team are delivering the best possible standard of customer care

Dealing with customer complaints efficiently- leading to satisfactory resolution

Duty management shifts- as required

Ensure effective communication between the Front of House Team and different departments

Have an awareness of how Front of House contributes to the overall financial objectives of the hotel

Reacting to customer feedback and using this as a basis for staff development

Able to delegate and assign tasks, leading to smooth running of the Front of House provision


Previous Front of House Manager experience- 4* hotel and above

Strong diplomacy and problem- solving skills

The ability to lead others and to inspire mutual respect within teams

Strong use of English language- both written and oral


Up to £35,000

Complimentary meals whilst working

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
