Experienced Customer Service Manager who has the ability to manage like-minded individuals and a remote team.  With a constant hunger for delivering an exceptional high quality service, whilst ensuring clear process is implemented and maintained. 

As a Customer Service & Operations Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities which include:

  • The successful operational management of a Client services department
  • To develop and implement best practice within the sales team, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained and delivered. 
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures within the department and remote team which maximise productivity, ensure clear communication and enable efficient, consistent service delivery.
  • Driving both a direct and remote team to achieve aggressive sales targets and the best service delivery, whilst achieving a high staff satisfaction score.

Skill requirements:

  • Team Management experience
  • Experience in an operations, quality and customer satisfaction management role
  • Budget, forecasting and target responsibility within Travel
  • Ability and proven track record of managing multiple and diverse teams
  • Experience working under pressure and at pace to aggressive deadlines
