ROLE: Head of Sales / Administration - Travel
LOCATION: SW London
SALARY: £255,000 to £57,000 + 20% Bonus
HOLIDAYS: 5 weeks
Exciting new opportunity for a well experience Head of Sales that can really look to bring past key strategies into play and help develop and build out the entire sales division, this luxury brand and very unique and will offer a generous package to those who bring a vision and a methodical approach.
Reports to: Chief Executive
- ·Excellent knowledge of specialist tour operator processes and sales techniques & skills.
·Understands tour operator pricing and availability loading as well as H&S processes even if not implemented before
·Experience of team leadership and motivating.
· Punctual, productive and error-free
·Well-travelled on Europe and South America would be great
·Numerate – can analysis, report and calculate efficiently.
·Great written English – newsletters, hotel and tour descriptions etc.
·Good at selecting and ideally simple editing of photos and video
·Ambitious to grow with the company
·Can do attitude and pragmatic.
·Utterly reliable, punctual and hard-working
·Solid digital skills – using Office suite, basic social media posts, simple CMS information loading, unafraid to self-teach new packages and skills
FULL TIME 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
LOCATION: SALARY: Starting salary around £55,000 to £57,000
HOLIDAYS: 5 weeks
