Job description

You will be part of the Business Development AND Operations Team, working for an Inbound Tour Operator. Sourcing new business opportunities and managing key existing partnerships within the Italian Market.


Key Responsibilities:      

To ensure company and regional booking sales over the phone and conversion targets are met and exceeded through the management and development of key existing partnerships.               


  • Account management and development of existing key strategic partner relationships to deliver/exceed sales targets set
  • Identification and development of sales development opportunities to deliver sales targets set
  • Account management of web sign up and identifying and developing new business partnership opportunities
  • Operations and Itinerary Planning
  • Handling sales enquiries from customers and converting them into sales.

Key Skills/Attributes Required:

  • Proven sales and business development / INBOUND Tour Operator
  • Ability to converse (and read/write) fluently in English and Italian
  • Proven record in managing and developing strategic  partnerships
  • Proven experience working in call center and Ability in sales and customer services
