TMS Talent is working with a 4* hotel in Central London that are seeking a Night Manager to join their team. The position primarily involves managing Front of House and liaising with other departments to ensure the seamless provision and commitment to guest experience established during the day continues throughout the night.
Night Manager- responsibilities:
Responsible for any escalated guest complaints
Admin responsibilities- reporting
Liaising with other teams ie Health & Safety/Security
Coordinating handover with day team staff
Night Manager- Skills and Experience:
Previous Manager or Head of Department experience (4*/5* Hotel)
Strong ‘people’ management skills- diplomacy in challenging situations
Detail oriented- committed to providing the best service in relation to guests and colleagues
