A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator / Office Manager to join our client, a high-end, luxury travel specialist. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the fast-paced office, offering a PA service to Senior Executives when required.


Key Duties:

-          Diary management and liaise carefully with other executive team PA’s

-          Handling various types of highly confidential documents

-          Assess all general incoming correspondence (mail, email, verbal) and ensure that urgent matters are actioned accordingly

-          Arrange all necessary travel arrangements for senior executives ensuring that they have detailed itineraries for all journeys

-          Complete monthly expense reconciliation for senior staff

-          Order office supplies when necessary, ensuring the office is never without anything

-          Organise despatch and collections of post and courier items

-          Responsible for health and safety in the office

-          Manage the overall office supply budget

-          Organising office social events

-          Arranging payment of all corresponding invoices


About you:

-          Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
