Job Title:  Training Coordinator

Location:  Central London

Salary:      £35,000


My client is a leading Travel Management Company, who is seeking a Training Coordinator who can help drive growth by identifying training needs. The successful Training Coordinator will be able to take ownership of the whole training cycle and will be responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of CPD across the company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting company-wide gaps analysis to identify training needs for groups and individuals

Setting out training schedules that include ou-sourcing and in-house training

Being able to use  a range of training methods (desk-side coaching, virtual, on the job training etc)

Creating an ongoing monthly cycle of training (providing additional on a needs basis)

Training modules to include Webinars

Implementing and evaluating employee appraisals

Monitoring the effectiveness of training and adapting where necessary

Conducting customer service training- advising how best to provide best service in difficult circumstances

Conducting training with operations staff- use of Sabre, fares and ticketing, Evolvi/Trainline etc


Required skills/experience

Must have working knowledge of GDS systems and will have ideally trained others to use GDS systems (essential)

Will have experience of training using a variety of methods- ie e-learning

Proven experience in a similar role- Training Manager/Training Facilitator etc

Will have experience of training in corporate environments

Good communicator with strong people management skills
