My client is a leading international travel company who specialise in luxury travel based in South West London. They predominately sell their product through their network of travel agency partners.

About the Role:

The Travel Trade Sales Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the Agency Sales Manager as well as handling communication from Travel Agents, Resorts and internal staff

Travel Trade Sales Support Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping BDM's up to date with relevant information
  • Booking all Travel Agents Concession Holidays
  • Checking all Travel Agents online training details/sessions up to date
  • Assisting agents with log in details for all relevant training
  • Issuing VIP cards to all agents and logging all cards issued
  • Arranging feedback from the agents stay via SurveyMonkey
  • Assisting Agents with day to day queries relating to general questions
  • Sending weekly emails to resorts with all agent arrivals and requests
  • Assisting with agent password requests

Travel Trade Sales Support Executive Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within the travel industry
  • Must be organised and good at prioritising workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is essential.
  • Willing to travel overseas with travel agents.

Travel Trade Sales Support Executive Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary of £20,000 + Bonus
  • 20 days holidays and 8 bank holidays
  • Discounted holidays
  • Monday to Friday role
